Tanya Patricia Barclay – We are deeply saddened that our dear sweet Tanya, born July 3 ^rd , 1966, has passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 17 ^th , 2023 at the age of 56. Tanya had a love of all things relative to Egypt and could name all of the Egyptian gods and rulers. There is no doubt that this passion was true. She loved all creatures great and small, enjoyed cooking, loved music and art, astronomy and was intrigued by the paranormal. An avid thrifter, she was always keen to hunt for "baubles and treasures". She had a great sense of humour and had a never-ending curiosity about all things new in science, archaeology and nature. There is so much more to Tanya than can be described here in just a few words but of all, most importantly, she was a sweet and gentle soul that was ever present. She had a very calming way about her that made you feel at peace. She will be ever missed, ever remembered and ever loved. She was predeceased by her father Wallace and leaves behind her mother Constance Barr, sister Lynn, brother Michael (Fran), several nieces, a nephew, and her partner and soulmate of 20 years Ken Bedford.
