Peters, Thomas David , Age 73 of Aylesford, Kings Co., passed away peacefully, Friday, August 19, 2022, in Soldier's Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Halifax, Tom was a son of the late John and Sadie (Boutilier) Peters. Tom was a hard worker and was employed as Field Foreman with Pierce Farms for over 30 yrs. Tom enjoyed landscaping and farming.  He loved fishing and a good drink of beer. Tom was a former member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 98 Kingston and was an avid dart player there. He and his wife, Anne enjoyed playing Bingo and Crib together. Tom enjoyed attending the Emmanuel Congregational Christian Church in Middleton. Tom is survived by daughter, Amanda (Joe) Peters; son, Gregory (Theresa) Mapplebeck; sister-in-law, Charlene Whynot; his grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Anne (Whynot); son, David; brother-in-law, Cecil Whynot; brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 25, 2022, in Middleton Funeral Home 398 Main St., Middleton toll free: 1-855-825-3448. Interment will follow in Tremont Cemetery. Rev.
