DOHERTY, Timothy Allen "Timmy" ~ Age 63, of Chipman Brook, Kings Co., passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, in Whites Corner. Born on November 1, 1957, in Berwick, he was a son of the late John H. Doherty and Dorothy V. Gould. Growing up on a farm, Timmy loved all animals and had a lifelong love for dogs and cats. He was a private person, who often kept to himself. Surviving are brothers, Stewart (Eleanor), Murray (Vivencia), both of Black Rock; Chris (Nenita), Kentville; Laurie (Sandra), Aylesford; sisters, Lorraine (Peter), Chester; Connie, Cambridge; Cindy, Black Rock; brother-in-law, Dave; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brother, Gerald; sister, Judith "Judy". A graveside service will take place at 1 p.m., Sunday, July 18, in Black Rock Cemetery, 1248 Russia Road, Black Rock, with Pastor Christina Bigelow officiating. Pandemic gathering restrictions will apply and for those unable to stand you are welcome to bring a chair.
