MULLEN, Tyler Lee – age 45 of Amherst, formerly of Weymouth, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 27, 2017, in Amherst. Born in Digby, on December 2, 1971, he was a son of Richard E. and Sheila R. (Hill) Mullen, Easton. Tyler had served in the Canadian Armed Forces, retiring as a Marine Engineering Technician, serving on both submarines and Iroquois Class Ships. He had worked on the family mink farm. Tyler will be sadly missed by his family and many friends and will be forever remembered. Besides his parents, he is survived by his companion, Jennifer Winters, Amherst; former wife, Ramona Mullen, Ardoise; sons, Cole Blackhurst, Dartmouth; Taylor and Kade Mullen, both of Ardoise; brother, Devin Mullen, Digby; sister, Shannon Mullen, Easton; grandparents, Jack and Vera Hill of Hassett; niece, Tannah; nephew, Kamen. He was predeceased by grandparents, Edmund and Josephine Mullen.
