MYERS, Vivianne (Vivian) Aubé Myers - age 83 years of Greenwood, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2016 at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. She was the wife of the late Leo Myers, daughter of the late Hector Aubé and the late Cecile Boudreau. She leaves her three daughters Kim (Steve) Myers-Stuart, Halifax; Helen (Chuck) Shields, Middleton; and Lynn (Ken) Knox, Abu Dhabi, UAE. She is also survived by grandchildren - pride and joy Martine (Greg) Howes, New York; Evan Shields, Trenton ON, Geoff Stuart, Waterloo, ON; Ryan Shields, Montreal, QC and Kyla Shields, Wolfville, NS. Survived by dear siblings Grace Baker (Bob), Hélène "Nellie" Wilson, Pauline (Pierre) Guité, Ann Marie (Royal) Berubé, and Alyre (Claudette). Predeceased by siblings Yvette, Alice, Cora, Alphonse, Johnny and Bernie. Vivian started her career as a telephone operator with the N.B. Telephone Company, moved to Cold Lake, Alberta, then retired after many years in Greenwood. Vivian loved cooking, baking, spending time with her family and friends, and also spending time at Lynn's cottage. She was a member of KASA, RCAF Association, and a most loyal and faithful fan of her beloved Montreal Canadiens. She wishes a fond farewell and thanks to Father Rory and friends from the Queen of Heaven Chapel for their prayers, visits, gifts, support and love. The family is grateful to Dr. Yafai, staff at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, VON and the palliative care team. In a final act of generosity, Vivian has donated her body to Dalhousie Medical School. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 30th, 2016 in Queen of Heaven Chapel, 14 Wing Greenwood.
