SAULNIER, Wayne Glendon – age 67 of Kingston, NS passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton surrounded by his family. Born in Digby, he was a son of the late Michael and Stella (Sullivan) Saulnier. Wayne was a scallop fisherman who loved the sea and in his retirement he enjoyed gardening. He is survived by his daughter Sherry Saulnier, Alberta; his son Glen Saulnier (Natasha Lenihan), Melvern Square; his sisters Faye (Chester) Mullen, Hassett; Joylene Gavel and Sandra Ford, both of Havelock; Holly Manzer, Tideview Terrace, Conway; his brothers Gordon (Betty) Saulnier, Aylesford; Leon (Darlene) Saulnier, Lac Labiche, Alberta; Mark Saulnier, Windsor; Darren (Tabby) Saulnier, Lawrencetown; his grandchildren Sheridan Saulnier; Chad and Catherine Bent. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister in infancy. In keeping with Wayne's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date in the Morristown Cemetery.
