JORDAN, Wesley Thomas 48 of Aylesford passed away Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Halifax, he was a son of Mildred (Morash) Jordan, Barss Corner and the late Victor Jordan. Wesley retired as an aircraft structure technician after 24 years of service with the R.C.A.F. He enjoyed nature, woodworking, metal working and long walks with his three dogs. At the time of his passing, he was building his dream home in Weston, overlooking the Valley. Besides his mother, Wes is survived by his wife the former Sherry Godin; sons Shawn (Melissa) Jordan, Greenwood and Shane Jordan (Brittney Connors) Borden, Ont.; sister Cheryl (Terry) Debai, North West, Lunenburg County; brother, James Jordan, Barss Corner and two grandchildren Paige and Peyton. Cremation has taken place and by request, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2011 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448, Rev. Leon Langille officiating.
