SPIDELL, William Ernest "Bill" - 80, August 2, 1931-September 2, 2011. Passed away peacefully at the Soldiers Memorial Hospital. Residing in Margaretsville, NS. Born in West Peabody, Mass. USA, he was the son of the late Ernest and Averil (Weaver) Spidell. Survived by wife Helen Isabell (MacDonald) Spidell, Audrey (Dean) McLaughlin, Wenda (Eric) McLaughlin, Carl Spidell, Chris Spidell, Darren Spidell (Lisa), Bernadette (Kenny) Knapp, Shawna (Kevin) LeBlanc; 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and sister Alberta (Spidell) Hudgins and several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by son Vincent Ernest Spidell. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, September 7, 2011at the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448, Pastor Patty Beals officiating. Burial will take place at the Church Grove Cemetery, Melvern Square. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to Annapolis County 4-H.
