Obituary

MORRIS, Wm. Arthur "Art" - 70 of South Farmington, Annapolis County passed away Sunday, September 20, 2015 in the Annapolis Community Health Centre, Annapolis Royal. Born October 26, 1944 in Middleton, he was a son of the late Charles "Micky" and Madelyn (Wheeler) Morris. Art was a hardworking man that spent his life building his cleaning business that allowed him to meet many people all over the province. He was well known in the communities he served. Art was also an active member of the Baha'i Faith throughout his life, developing many friendships. He is survived by his three children, Allen, Wayne and Terassa; grandchildren, Jessica, Monica, Tara, Kimberly and Cristina; great grandchildren, Lilly, Sydney and Azura. Art will be well remembered by his surviving siblings, Eleanor (David) Clark, Nelson BC, Nancy (Murray) Hynes, Spryfield, Betty (Henry) Boutilier, Musquodobit Harbour, Allen (Vivian) Morris, Nictaux and Gerald Morris, West Coast. He was predeceased by his youngest brother, Bruce Morris. A graveside service for family and friends will be held at 5:00 p.m. Monday, September 21st in Pine Grove Cemetery, Middleton. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448. Art's family would like to share our thanks to all the doctors and nurses that have helped him over the years with his fight against cancer. He spoke well of his visits and the many people he had met whenever he went in hospital. We would also like to share our appreciation to all the family and friends that have helped him through the hard times.
